Faber warranty

European Guarantee

All Faber products are covered by a two-year “full guarantee” covering all faults that may be found in the hood during this period.

NOTE: The guarantee does not cover faults that are not caused by Faber, such as those stemming from incorrect installation, or usage not in line with the instructions given in the manual, or damage during transportation.

European Post Sales Service

National Free number

Customers can contact our call centre between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm Monday to Friday for the following services:
  1. information about sales points
  2. information about where to buy spare parts and accessories
  3. complaints about products or services
ATTENTION: The service is available only in Italy

Itaian Nationwide Service Number

Faber’s technical assistance is ensured through a nationwide number. The service is operational between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday. After needs are analysed, callers are put in direct contact with their nearest Faber service centre. NOTE: The service is available only in Italy
