Faber’s technical assistance is ensured through a nationwide number (on the orange box) The service is operational between 8:30 am and 7:30 pm, Monday to Friday. After needs are analysed, callers are put in direct contact with their nearest Faber service centre. * charges for calls, VAT included are: - from wireline phones: 14 Eurocents per minute during peak times, 6 Eurocents per minute during cheap rate times. - from mobile phones: a maximum of 42 Eurocents per minute, plus 15 Eurocents on answering.
