| 70 – 80 % | The room is humid (ideal, for example, if there are children about). |
| 50 – 60% | The best comfort conditions both for our health and for the preservation of the things around us. |

| - 40% | Too dry an environment is not healthy, just like one that is too damp. This level should be kept only for the time necessary such as that needed to dry the washing, garage, cellar or laundry room. |
