Faber priporoča odzračevalno različico nape, saj je
Učinkoviteiša: nečist zrak odsesa neposredno ven iz kuhinje. Najvarnejša: sveži zrak vleče v kuhinjo. Varnost pa je izrednega pomena, še posebej ob prisotnosti plinskih štedilnikov. Manj hrupna: zrak gre skozi napo neovirano, kar pomeni nižjo raven hrupa, ki ga napa ustvarja
Kaj so filtri?
Filtri so sestavni del nape, njihovo vzdrževanje pa vpliva na učinkovitost, varnost ter stopnjo hrupnosti nape. Maščobni filtri ščitijo motor pred maščobnimi delci v pari, ki jo odsesava napa. Kovinski filtri Fabrovih nap (opnasti, kasetni, modularni ali sintetični) zagotavljajo visoko stopnjo zajetja maščobnih delcev. Opnasti in kasetni filtri prestržejo celo več kot 90% vseh maščob. Za ohranitev učinkovitosti je filtre potrebno povprečno vsake dva meseca oprati ročno ali pa v pomivalnem stroju. Sintetični filtri, ki so morda del nekaterih starih modelov nap, niso pralni in jih je zato potrebno vsake dva meseca, oz. ko so prepojeni z maščobo, menjati. Filter za preprečevanje vonjav (ogleni filtri) naj bi namestili na napo le v fazi njenega delovanja. Niso pralni, zato jih je potrebno redno menjati, povprečno vsake 3 mesece. Kako merimo učinkovitost nape?
Sesalna zmogljivost in raven hrupnosti Fabrovih nap merimo glede na mednarodne standarde IEC / EN 61591 in IEC / EN 60704-3 (moč zvoka), ki so jih postavili inštituti za certificiranje ter določanje učinkovitosti kuhinjskih nap. Te metode posnemajo pogoje namestitve in delovanja nap in zatorej podajo dejanske in verodostojne podatke. Zahtevajte učinkovitost, ki se nanaša na sledeče standarde: Zagotavljamo Vam, da so pododatki, ki jih izdamo zanesljivi, korektni in točni. Naši laboratoriji so pridobili pooblastila s strani NEMKO in IMQ, tako da se vse meritve učinkovitosti nap, vključno z zmogljivostjo filtrov za zadrževanje maščobnih delcev in osvetlitveno močjo luči, opravljajo interno.
Kako očistimo napo?
Vzdrževanje nape in ohranjanje lepega in čistega videza je popolnoma preprosto: vse kar potrebujete je mehka krpa in blago čistilo, ki, v izogib poškodbam na napi, ne vsebuje klora. A Fabrovi nasveti se ne končajo tukaj... Za doseganje izjemnih rezultatov čiščenja uporabite Clin & Clin. Clin & Clin so čistilne krpice za enkratno uporabo, ki smo jih razvili v naših laboratorijih posebej za kovinske nape. Pri slednjih je izjemnega pomena, da so vedno čiste, sijoče ter brez neestetskih prstnih odtisov. Z uporabo Clin & Clin krpic na napo nanesemo poseben film, ki napo ščiti več tednov. V tem obdobju za čisto in sijočo napo pri vsakodnevnem čiščenju uporabljajte le suho krpo. Čistilo, ki ga krpica vsebuje, je odobreno s strani ameriške  FDA (Food and Drug Administration) in USDA (U.S. Department of Agriculture) ter ga lahko uporabimo tudi pri čiščenju drugih kovinskih površin, kot so kuhališča, pečice ali kuhinjska korita.
Kako se izognemo hrupu?
Hrup ustvarja tok zraka, ki gre preko notranjosti nape, ko je ta v fazi delovanja. Notranje dele nape smo izdelali tako, da tok zraka na svoji poti naleti na le malo ovir, rezultati glede učinkovitosti ter redukcije hrupa pa so odlični. Učinkovit način preprečevanja povečanja hrupnosti nape je uporaba odvodnih cevi s primernim premerom (120 - 150mm) Nečisti in zamaščeni filtri lahko ovirajo pretok zraka: redno čiščenje (ali menjava) filtrov zagotavlja nemoten pretok zraka Napo lahko vedno, z uporabo inovativnih tehnologij, ki smo jih sami razvili in patentirali, tudi zvočno izolirate. Kakšno zmogljivost sesanja potrebujete?
Učinkovita napa zagotavlja vsaj 10 izemnjav zraka na uro*. V ta namen mora biti zmogljivost sesanja temu primerna Napo, ki zagotavlja 10 izmenjav zraka na uro* in pri tem ne presega stopnje hrupnosti 55 dB (A)**, ocenjujemo kot napo, ki nudi udobje. Obtočna ali odzračevalna napa ?
Obtočna napa: filtrira paro in vonjave ter čisti zrak s pomočjo oglenega filtra ter ga očiščenega vrne v kuhinjski prostor. Odzračevalna napa: odsesa vonjave in paro iz kuhališča preko temu namenjenim odvodnim sistemom.

Body

Charcoal filters
these anti-odour filters are mounted only on recycling hoods. They are made of active carbon which traps bad odours. The charcoal filters lose their effectiveness after three months of normal functioning and must be replaced.
Chimney
is part of the hood placed over the body: it covers the extraction unit and/or part of the ducting system. There are different sizes depending on the height of the ceiling where the hood is to be installed.

Ducting system

Electronic Controls
controls interface that allows you to use all the electronic functions of your hood in a simple and immediate way, or even automatically. The hoods equipped with electronics have additional functions that improve the comfort use of the hood.
Extraction hood
the functioning mode of the hood that extracts fumes and steam out of the kitchen by means of a ducting system. It is the recommended functioning mode.
Extraction Unit
installed inside the hood, it is composed of motor and impeller. It allows the air intake.
Finish
indicates materials and (possibly) colours that characterize the aesthetics of your hood.
Flat air-duct system
special flat pipes that can be hidden from view to avoid imperfections in the kitchen.
Grease filter
a filter that protects the motor from the grease contained in the fumes and steam captured by the hood. All the hoods are equipped with a grease filter.
Input
the value in watts (W) of the hood's energy absorption while in operation. The value varies depending on the speed selected and the turning on/off of the lights.
Installation typology

Recycling hood
the functioning mode of the hood that filters fumes and steam from the air by means of charcoal filters and returns it to the kitchen.

it protects the walls between the cooking top and the hood from eventual splashes from the cooking. It is matched to the finish of the hood
