It is a journey of discovery, learning about true flavours and unusual dishes, homage to made-in-Italy and Italian cuisine heritage, with so much passion, history, recipes and… modern state-of-the-art.
Are you curious about cooking a full organic dinner? Do you want to learn more about Ligurian cuisine or vegetarian dishes? All the aspects of Italian cooking will be explored from 1st July to 31st October. Save the day for these 20 events that are all about passion for Italian cookery, poised between tradition and looking to the future. This is the special cookery school of the Art Design Box, right on the doorstep of Expo 2015, in Rho, via Achille Grandi 50. The project’s very special partner is Scavolini, the company we all know as being “the one Italians love most”. Faber specially designed the set-up with Scavolini, which for the occasion thought about Motus, the exclusive kitchen furniture designed by Vittore Niolu. Here is not just somewhere dedicated to food – this is a multi-tasking space, dedicated to relationships and being merry in company. Motus appliances include the hob, oven, sink and mixer tap of the Franke line, designed by Bruno Barbieri. The splendid layout is lighted by the Arkea Limited Edition hood, with special silver leaf colouring, launched to celebrate Faber’s 60th anniversary. Arkea is the first hood-lamp of the F-light line, with chromotherapy effect illumination. The innovative RGB LED spotlights allow you to select your favourite colour or to set a loop pattern choosing among the broad range of available colours, creating a truly unique atmosphere in the room you love most in your home.
