Check (or ask the installer to check) the hood’s installation in order to control that it has been installed correctly and, in all cases, following the steps described in the instructions manual supplied with the hood. If the installation is correct and the noise actually comes from the product, you must call the Faber-authorised Technical Assistance Centre (for info: https://www.faberspa.com/en/post-sales-assistance/) providing the codes written on the label inside the hood.
